1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on bay888 or by accessing or using any part of the bay888 platform — including the website at bay888.lat, the gaming lobby, the sports betting section, the live casino, the cashier, and any promotional features — you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the bay888 Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions offered on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of bay888 services, you are required to register a player account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in your own name in Bangladesh.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only on bay888. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. Balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time remains accurate and current. If any of your personal details change (including your mobile number linked to your payment method), you must update your account information promptly by contacting [email protected].

bay888 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bay888 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. bay888 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must notify bay888 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bay888 will take reasonable steps to assist you in securing your account upon receiving such notification.

• Do not use easily guessable passwords. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
• Do not access your bay888 account from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Do not respond to any communication claiming to be from bay888 that requests your password. bay888 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel.

5. Deposits

bay888 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) only. Deposits may be made via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. bay888 does not accept deposits from payment accounts held in third-party names.

The minimum deposit amount on bay888 is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit specified by bay888, though your payment service provider may apply its own transfer limits. Deposits are credited to your bay888 balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider, typically within minutes for bKash and Nagad.

• Deposits are non-refundable once credited to your bay888 account and used in gameplay.
• bay888 does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• bay888 reserves the right to request proof of the source of deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.
• Deposits that cannot be matched to a registered player account will be returned to the originating payment method after a reasonable investigation period.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of available funds from their bay888 account at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, in BDT only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

Before a withdrawal request is processed, bay888 may require the player to complete identity verification ("KYC"). This may include submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the mobile number linked to the withdrawal payment method. bay888 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 60 minutes under normal operating conditions.

• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the player's own name.
• bay888 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements may not be withdrawn and will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.
• bay888 will not be liable for delays caused by the player's mobile financial services provider once the withdrawal has been initiated from the platform.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

bay888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional credits to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bay888 promotions include:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier will be stated in the promotion details.
• Time limits: All bonuses expire within the period stated in the promotional offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account automatically.
• Game restrictions: Certain games may not contribute, or may contribute at a reduced rate, toward satisfying wagering requirements. The list of eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
• One bonus per player: Unless otherwise stated, players may only claim each promotional offer once. Attempting to claim the same promotion via multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is prohibited.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Where applicable, a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-related winnings will be stated in the promotion terms.

bay888 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the promotion is being abused or exploited.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bay888 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet or wager, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable game rules. bay888 reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed as a result of a technical error, pricing error, or any other clearly identifiable mistake.

For sports betting, including cricket markets covering the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other tournaments, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted only before the relevant market is closed. In-play betting markets close at the discretion of bay888.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that event.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds at which the bet will be settled, unless the bet was placed after the relevant event has commenced without the player's knowledge due to a technical issue.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market may apply. These limits will be communicated within the relevant sports betting section of the platform.

For casino games, crash games, and slots, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. bay888 does not interfere with game outcomes. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are independently audited.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bay888. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended, their funds frozen pending investigation, and may be subject to legal action:

• Opening more than one account on bay888, whether under the same or different personal information.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent time.

10. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bay888 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
